The department of life sciences has a vision to make students focus on early intervention, predictive, monitoring technologies and in acquiring fundamental knowledge of the living world that will advance the health of the planet, including humans.
Mission:
The department includes following to accomplish the vision.
*Conducting workshops/conferences by inviting eminent personalities from various institutions.
*Celebrating Life sciences related commemorative days like National Science Day,World Health Day, National Nutrition Week
*To promote an exciting environment where teaching , research and service will stimulate our students to serve as leaders of the people of this state ,the nation and the world.
*Enhance our regional environment with the development of scientific programs to include opportunities for participation of our local communities.
*The mission of the department is to provide Research, Development and Innovation solution for the sustainability of agriculture and the benefits of society.
