College has an excellent academic co ordination methodology which has evolved  over two  decades and has been producing excellent results in terms of student pass percentage, University ranks and Placements in various Multi National Companies like Accenture , Wipro , Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Mphasis , Hinduja Global Solutions Stem Robo , Sterling , HP etc.  

Workshops

Microsoft Virtual Academy has conducted a workshop and  certificate program in our College for 3 days  from 5.1.2015 to 7.1.2015 on advanced Windows store App development with HTML 5.  200 students have been issued certificates.

Workshop on developing the Android App was conducted in our College on 1.9.2015 and 2.9.2015 and Students have developed an application using Android App, Representative from  IIT, Kanpur has come to train the Students.

Workshop on Certificate course from IIT Bombay was conducted from this academic year through online for the students on C Language and Java.  400 students have been certified.

DST Inspire Science Camp has been conducted for 5 times which was sponsored by Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India. 

During the academic years 2020-21, 21022 and 22-23 Wipro's TalentNext program was conducted for 100 students each year  and 63% , 72% and 61% of the students have cleared TalentNext Certification in corresponding years.

Work shop for Faculty members

Workshop on “Professional Development”for faculty members was conducted by former Secretary, APSCHE Dr. N.RajaSekhar Reddy garu on 13.3.2016 in our College. 

Skill Development Training

The Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation in associations with Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi conducted Skill Development Programme for the benefit of the students hailing from rural and backward areas.  The training period duration is of 10 days.  We at Gnanambica provided this Training Programme for 400 students of our College as well as the Students of other Colleges.  This Training programme was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of S.V.University Prof. A.Damodaram garu on 1.2.2015.

Placements

In a world where Technology is changing very fast, it is indeed a challenging task  to cater to the needs of Industry for proficient but an untapped pool of talent.

We at Gnanambica are working towards grooming this talent to match the industry requirement.

The Campus Recruitment Cell is committed to provide all possible training to the students to find a suitable employment.  This commitment is demonstrated by the existence of a full time placement in charge.  As our alumni have always made the College proud, many of them are occupying key positions in many private and public sectors undertakings in India and abroad and have brought laurels to the College.

Our former student Mr. S.Guru Kumar has made as proud by getting selected in to IRS and designated as Asst. Commissioner of Income Tax.

Several leading Companies like WIPRO , HP , ACCENTURE , TECH MAHINDRA , INFOSYS , CITY  BANK,  AXIS BANK , RELIANCE CAPITAL , ADITHYA BIRLA , HGS ,  FIRST SOURCE  are regular recruiters.

Social responsibility

Our College has National Service Scheme Units and has been very effective in organizing several programmes.  The Unit has a special Programme Officer and the main objective is to serve the poor in the society and personality development through community service.  The NSS Unit has carried out blood donation campaigns, awareness on health and hygiene, environmental protection and AIDS awareness programme. 

NSS volunteers have been effective in organizing rallies to promote awareness among public related aspects such as role of casting vote, social significant areas like literacy.

In response to the clarion call of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, the College has conducted The swatch Bharath Programme in which the students participated actively and conducted a cleanliness drive and awareness programme.

Sports and Events

The college promotes sports activities towards the all round growth of the students, students are encouraged to participate in inter college sports & games; they have won many trophies in various events.

Gnanambica participates actively at university level youth festivals and emerged as an un disputed winner in various streams.

Gnanambica encourages their students to gain practical knowledge, by conducting science fares and educational tours. Recent visit to SHAR proves our commitment ,Visited Wipro main Campus at Bangalore and IISC Bangalore also.
